Founded in 2019 by a group of professionals who graduated from Oxford and Cambridge Universities, PSYWELL is a dedicated psychological counselling service. Our team is composed of experts with master's and doctoral degrees in psychology, behavioural science, education, and sociology. PSYWELL’s counsellors primarily specialise in psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), offering high-quality psychological services. They work with clients to gain deep self-understanding, explore underlying emotions and thought patterns, and provide practical strategies to change unhealthy habits and cope with challenges.

PSYWELL offers a wide range of counselling services, including individual therapy, emotional support, management of depression and anxiety, crisis management, confidence rebuilding, trauma recovery, adolescent adjustment issues, self-esteem development, parent-child relationships, intimate relationships, emotional regulation within relationships, breakup anxiety, family counselling, workplace bullying, self-awareness, and life purpose exploration. We also provide executive coaching, career coaching, and corporate consultation services.

At PSYWELL, we primarily offer 3 types of consulting plan, and the pricing varies based on the method chosen. We understand the importance of accessibility and affordability, which is why we provide discounts for students and individuals with low incomes. Here are the consulting methods we offer:

• Couples or Pairs Counselling: Designed for couples, friends, or parent-child pairs, this counselling focuses on improving relationships and communication.

• Counselling Packages: These packages are available for clients who require long-term counselling. We offer discounts for academic and low-income groups to support their ongoing mental health journey.

• Group or Individual Art Therapy: Through art therapy, we help groups or individuals express emotions, relieve stress, and promote healing and self-discovery.
