Children Mental Support
Child and adolescent mental health support is tailored to the unique needs of children, young people, and their families. Rather than expecting every child to engage in the same way, we adapt our approach to each child's age, developmental stage, communication style, and family circumstances, creating support that is appropriate for their individual needs.

Child & Adolescent Individual Counselling
When children find it difficult to express their feelings, or when adolescents are not ready to talk openly with their parents, individual therapy provides a safe and supportive space where they can feel understood.
For younger children, therapy may involve play, art, storytelling, and parent–child interaction to help them express emotions, build emotional regulation, and develop a sense of safety.
For adolescents, therapy is usually more conversation-based, supporting them with relationships, identity, family conflict, academic pressure, anxiety, low mood, and other challenges during adolescence.

VIPP: Parent–Child Video-feedback Intervention
Children's behaviour is often a way of communicating their needs. Crying, withdrawal, clinginess, resistance, or emotional outbursts are not simply "misbehaviour"—they can be meaningful signals that deserve to be understood.
VIPP uses video-recorded parent–child interactions and guided feedback to help caregivers notice and understand these signals. Together with the therapist, parents reflect on their child's expressions, emotions, and responses, developing more sensitive and responsive ways of interacting.
VIPP is particularly suitable for young children and their caregivers, supporting secure attachment, positive parent–child relationships, and everyday interactions.

Family Counselling
When difficulties affect the whole family, supporting one person alone may not be enough. Family counselling focuses on how family members communicate, respond to one another, and the patterns that keep problems going.
The counsellor works with the family to better understand each person's feelings, needs, and interactions, helping to improve communication, reduce conflict and misunderstanding, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.
Family counselling is suitable for families experiencing parent–child conflict, family transitions, parenting challenges, sibling difficulties, or ongoing communication problems.
