Our goal is to offer you counselling services that meet your needs without any pressure of bundled sales; rest assured that paying per session will not compromise the quality of our service.

As there is little difference in the price per session between single payments and combined long-term payments, carefully assess your time and willingness before deciding to engage in long-term counselling.

We offer the special discount for students aged 18-25, low-income groups, and NHS staff.
Children & adolescent Mental support Service
VIPP Home Visit Travel Fees: VIPP is usually provided through home visits. Where applicable, any additional travel fees will be discussed and confirmed before your booking is finalised.
Couples / Family COunSelling
Couples and family counselling is currently available as single-session bookings. Please contact our Client Support Team for current fees and booking information.
Payment & Reservation

Payment for your first appointment must be completed at least 48 hours before the session to secure your booking. Payment methods, package options, and our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be explained by our Client Support Team when your appointment is confirmed.

For individual adult counselling, clients who choose a 6-session or 12-session package can arrange future payments and bookings with their counsellor and our Client Support Team.

Counselling Sessions packages are valid only for the same client–counsellor relationship. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared, resold, or used with a different counsellor.

Fees and arrangements for child and adolescent services, VIPP, couples counselling, and family counselling may vary depending on the service provided. Some services may include an Initial Assessment, home visits, travel fees, or additional participants. Any applicable fees will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
