Pre-Consultation
We will arrange a complimentary 15–20 minute pre-consultation with a suitable counsellor. This conversation helps us understand your needs, expectations, previous counselling experience, and current circumstances, so that we can recommend the most appropriate support.
The pre-consultation is not a formal therapy session.
3. Session starts
If both you and your counsellor feel that therapy is the right next step, we will confirm your first appointment, including the session format, fee, and other practical arrangements.
Standard therapy sessions last 50 minutes, with a small amount of flexibility (approximately ±5 minutes) where clinically appropriate.

Parents or primary caregivers can contact us via our online booking form, email (recommended), WeChat (recommended), or WhatsApp (recommended).
You are welcome to briefly tell us about your child's age, current emotional or behavioural concerns, family and school circumstances, and the type of support you are looking for.

2. Free Pre-Consultation
We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute online pre-consultation with a counsellor experienced in working with children and families.
The purpose of this conversation is to understand your child's developmental history, emotional and behavioural concerns, parent–child interactions, school adjustment, previous assessments or support, and any immediate safeguarding concerns.
This pre-consultation is intended to help us understand your child's needs and determine the most appropriate service. It is not a formal therapy session or a comprehensive psychological assessment.
3. Confirm Your Child's Service Plan
Following the pre-consultation, the counsellor will recommend the most appropriate service based on your child's age, developmental stage, and individual needs. This may include individual counselling for children or adolescents, parent consultation, parent–child support, art psychotherapy, VIPP, family counselling, or a more comprehensive assessment.
Once the service pathway has been agreed, we will confirm the first appointment, including who will attend, the session format, duration, fees, and any further arrangements.
*Young people are welcome to contact us directly to discuss the support they are looking for. We will consider their age, individual needs and safety to determine the most appropriate service. For clients under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required before therapy starts. Safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with professional and legal guidelines.
